Vision

We know how difficult it is to build something from zero to one — especially in such a fast-paced and complex environment as Web3.

So we decided to create a closed Circle of Web3 founders with the same goal to help each other build and effectively scale their products.

We are working in the small curated and framed groups. Each Circle is up to 20 contributors.

Goals

We are gathered here to:

  1. Share, discover, structure and collect best practices in user research and product discovery
  2. Learn how to find the products and audience segments that will bring the most revenue
  3. Create a product that is aligned with your customer needs
  4. Find ways to maximize growth, user satisfaction and retention
  5. Challenge each other on product vision
  6. Research and collect the data about the market
  7. Make a pivot if needed (we’re here to support you)
  8. Encourage, support and challenge each other to build better products
  9. Network with like-minded founders

Activities

1. Lectures from invited speakers

We’re going to hold regular lectures and AMAs with CPOs, CMOs and experienced founders so that you can improve your product vision and build a successful product strategy.

2. Monthly one-on-one meetings with the advisors

Our experts will provide valuable insights on frameworks for finding a PMF: from jobs to be done to user stories. As well as with the HUMANS, after each activity you will get a measurable result: for example, an updated product strategy.

3. Case studies

Our experts are going to help review the latest developments in your project and brainstorm new solutions during group calls. Then we’re going to gather educational case studies so that you can easily access new knowledge.

4. Weekly build-in-public

Once a week the community members are sharing the “behind the scenes” of finding product-market fit: exchange experience, talk about their challenges and successes. We are also going to invite advisors to these builds so that you can get their feedback and support.

5. Collective brainstorming sessions

We will have regular meetings with founders and HUMANS coordinators in order to discuss the latest developments in your project – as well as stay on the same page about your needs from the community.

6. Networking

For each track, we are carefully selecting 15 startups with similar goals — so that the community is moving in the same direction, and networking is truly relevant and useful. We’re also going to create a data-base of members from all the Circles, so you’ll get an access to it.
